Job Title: B2C E-commerce Sales Manager – International & Domestic Marketplaces

About Us: We are a premium home & gifting brand with a strong focus on handcrafted, sustainable, and utility-based products. Our products are already live on Amazon India and other portals, and we’re expanding aggressively into international e-commerce platforms like Amazon US/UAE, Etsy, Noon, and more.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a B2C E-commerce Sales Manager to take complete ownership of our online marketplace growth internationally and in India. This person will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and scaling sales across platforms — from Amazon global stores to niche Indian portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales on Amazon US, UAE, Etsy, Noon, and other global marketplaces.
• Identify and onboard our brand on new marketplaces (International + Indian).
• Handle catalog creation, listings, SEO, pricing, promotions.
• Optimize product pages with engaging content, keywords, and images for better visibility.
• Track sales performance, marketplace policies, and competitor trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment.
• Explore and expand sales on smaller Indian portals (Tata Cliq, Ajio, Nykaa, Pepperfry, etc.).
• Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in e-commerce sales & marketplace management (Amazon, Etsy, Noon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller Hub, Noon Seller Panel, etc.
• Good knowledge of SEO, digital ads, and marketplace algorithms.
• Ability to manage product listings, pricing, and campaigns independently.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in international e-commerce is a big plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
