Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute E-commerce Strategy
Formulate and implement end-to-end e-commerce strategies aligned with overall brand and sales goals, covering both marketplace and D2C platforms.
Drive Online Sales & Digital Campaigns
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and product visibility strategies to maximize traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Monitor Performance & Optimize Results
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, and sales funnel metrics to continuously improve results.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain, marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure timely product launches, adequate inventory planning, and effective content deployment.
Marketplace & Platform Management
Oversee day-to-day operations and relationships with e-commerce partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket), ensuring compliance, catalogue accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Consumer Insight & Trend Analysis
Leverage consumer data and industry trends to inform merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored to the FMCG market.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Manage e-commerce budgets, forecast online demand, and contribute to business planning cycles with data-driven insights.
