We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee Oroalmas digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Shopify store and other online marketplaces, driving sales through digital marketing, and delivering an excellent online shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopify , Amazon , Flipkart , etc. Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic, sales, and brand visibility. Handle product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and promotional activities. Coordinate with creative, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless campaign execution. Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and areas of improvement. Improve the overall user experience (UX) and post-purchase engagement to enhance customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: 1 - 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or online retail (experience in jewellery/luxury/lifestyle brands preferred). Strong knowledge of Shopify , Google Analytics , Meta Ads Manager , and related digital tools. Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Passionate about digital trends and jewellery fashion.
