Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth. Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality. Analyse website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Oversee social media management, creating engaging content that aligns with brand messaging. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that promote products effectively across various channels. Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Create compelling copy for product descriptions, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral. Qualifications Proven experience in e-commerce management or related field, preferably within a B2B context. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Highly organised with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Proficient in social media management tools and strategies. Familiarity with WordPress for website management is essential. Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive content. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating a team towards success.
