We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace presence — especially on Amazon — for our growing babycare & mothercare brand . You will take full ownership of e-commerce operations, from listings and keywords to driving revenue, ensuring that our products reach parents and caregivers across India. Location: Panipat, Haryana / Delhi NCR Experience: Minimum 5 years in E-commerce / Marketplace Management Industry: Babycare / Mothercare / FMCG / D2C Type: Full Time, In-Office Key Responsibilities: Manage and scale Amazon sales — from product listings, keyword research, SEO, A+ content, and brand store management. Drive organic visibility & keyword performance to ensure top search rankings in competitive babycare & mothercare categories. Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads) to deliver strong ROI. Handle inventory management , demand forecasting, stock planning, and order processing. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, market trends and recommend actionable strategies. Regularly review and improve product content & visuals in listings. Build insights from sales data, reviews, and marketplace analytics to drive business decisions. Coordinate with creative, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth operations. Manage listings and sales on additional marketplaces (Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, etc.). Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts. Expertise in Amazon SEO, keywords, listing optimization, advertising, and promotions . Strong analytical skills — comfort with metrics like ACOS, TACOS, RoAS, CVR, CTR . Experience in inventory planning, order management , and end-to-end e-commerce ops. Knowledge of babycare / mothercare product categories is preferred. Experience with D2C platforms (Shopify) is a bonus. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels and projects. Excellent communication and project management skills.
