We sell through various channels, focusing on both B2B and direct-to-consumer (D2C) markets. Our goal is to provide a one-stop brand for all pujan samagri needs, ensuring the highest quality products for our customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online sales strategy, managing product listings, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, analyzing sales performance, and optimizing the customer experience. The role involves managing the e-commerce website, coordinating online campaigns, and ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment. Qualifications Experience in e-commerce management and online sales strategies Proficiency in managing product listings and optimizing online content Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and implement improvements Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing Knowledge of online marketing techniques and campaign management Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
