Job Title: E-commerce Manager Company: Sonevalley Infrastructure Private limited(E-commerce Startup) Location : Varanasi Salary- 15k to 20k per month Job Description: We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy e-commerce manager to join our team at Sonevalley. You'll be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations, including product management, vendor relationships, and administration of our e-commerce platform. Responsibilities : Product Management: Add, update, and manage products on the e-commerce platform. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors for product sourcing, pricing, and delivery timelines. Ensure smooth operations with vendors. E-commerce Admin Panel Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including inventory management, order processing, and customer queries. Optimize E-commerce Operations: Work on improving product listings, enhancing user experience, and optimizing for better sales. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor sales, traffic, and other key metrics to make data-driven decisions. Educational Background-: Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Administration Marketing E-commerce Information Technology Preferred: MBA or specialized certification in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms Professional Experience-: 3–7 years in: Online sales or digital marketing roles Managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Handling e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) Website management, SEO/SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) Key Skills-: Product listing, pricing, and catalog management Online marketing campaigns (email, social media, performance ads) Customer experience & retention strategy Logistics & supply chain coordination Analytics & data-driven decision-making Technical understanding of web/mobile platforms Tools & Platforms Knowledge-: CRM & ERP Tools: Zoho, Salesforce, SAP Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp Analytics: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tableau CMS & E-commerce Platforms: Shopify, Magento, WordPress, Wix Soft Skills-: Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication & coordination Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities Adaptability to tech and market trends What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with a growing e-commerce startup. - Flexible work environment.
