Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace P&L : Owns revenue, contribution, pricing, and product profitability. 2. Category Strategy : Decides product selection, pricing, and launch plans. 5. Demand & Ops Alignment : Aligns plans with supply chain and finance. 6. Growth Levers : Experiments and scales new e-commerce growth strategies. 7. Data-Driven Decisioning : Uses analytics to drive decision-making. 8. Business Reporting : Creates updates and growth charters for leadership and investors. Key Requirements: 1. Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce, category, or digital business leadership. 2. P&L Leadership: Proven ability to scale D2C or marketplace businesses. 3. Analytical Skills: Strong foundation in data analysis. 4. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication. 5. Team Building: Proven track record of building high-performance teams. 6. Academic Background: Strong educational pedigree. 7.
