Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage Zepto BlinkIt and Swiggy dispatch, and inventory updates.
Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations.
Monitor order fulfillment, returns, and cancellations to ensure timely resolution.
Track and analyze sales performance on Zepto/BlinkIt/Swiggy, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
Collaborate with customer support to handle queries and complaints.

Requirements: -

1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably with Zepto/BlinkIt/Swiggy).
Strong knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce platforms.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
