About the job

E-commerce executive s main role is to manage online operations to ensure seamless order processing, accurate product listings, and effective marketplace coordination. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely fulfillment, maintaining catalog accuracy, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Track order flow and ensure timely invoicing, pick-pack, and dispatch to achieve 100% fulfillment rate.

• Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to meet platform SLAs and resolve any operational issues promptly.

• Upload and update product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions across all e-commerce platforms.

• Maintain brand store pages, banners, and creatives in alignment with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

• Liaise with platform account managers to plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and resolve operational issues.

• Ensure accurate offer setup, timely pricing updates, and campaign readiness across marketplaces.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, track returns, cancellations, disputed orders, and key performance metrics.

• Download commission and payment reports, supporting the OTC team in reconciliation across all channels.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor s Degree in any Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operations, with a customer-centric and commercially driven approach.

• Solid understanding of omnichannel and e-commerce operations

• Strong business development & customer service mindset with excellent relationship building skills

• Advanced numeracy, literacy and communication skills
