Position: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, ensure product listings are optimized, orders are processed smoothly, and growth targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, shopyfy etc.).
• Coordinate with marketplace teams for promotions, offers, and visibility campaigns.
• Track daily sales, analyze performance, and prepare MIS reports.
• Handle order processing, returns, and replacement requests.
• Optimize product descriptions, keywords, and images to improve ranking and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations/sales.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with marketplace dashboards and advertising tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
