Dusala is a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand offering handcrafted shawls, jewelry, gifting products, and Indo-Western collections. We are growing across India and international markets through Shopify and leading multi-brand fashion platforms.

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive (Shopify & Marketplaces) to manage our website and marketplace backends from our Vypr Office in Raipur.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Website Management

• Upload and update products (images, pricing, descriptions, SEO tags).

• Remove/mark out-of-stock items.

• Create new collections/sections (Gifting, Jewelry, Festive edits).

• Update banners and homepage for campaigns and promotions.

Marketplace Management

• Manage product listings on multi-brand platforms (Nykaa Fashion, Aza, Pernia’s Pop-Up, Tata Cliq Luxury, Ajio Luxe, etc.).

• Ensure stock, pricing, and descriptions are accurate across platforms.

• Track and update orders, cancellations, and returns.

• Coordinate with logistics/packaging team for smooth operations.

Reporting & Support

• Maintain inventory and sales data in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Share weekly reports on performance, bestsellers, and issues.

• Assist marketing team by ensuring website readiness for campaigns.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Shopify backend is preferred.

• Knowledge of multi-brand fashion marketplaces is a strong plus.

• Basic understanding of SEO tags and product cataloguing.

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
