Job Responsibilities • Process and manage online orders promptly and accurately. • Update and maintain product listings on the website and across different online platforms. • Monitor and reply to customer reviews and feedback in a professional manner. • Prepare and share regular reports on sales, customer queries, and order status.
Candidate Skills & Requirements • Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management. • Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT) to assist in communication and productivity. • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) for replying to reviews and professional email communication. • Ability to work in CRM systems for managing customer data and workflows. • Good knowledge of computer usage including browsing, websites, and social media platforms. • Basic photo editing skills to enhance product images. • A systematic and organized approach with attention to detail.
