Job_Description":" We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of marketplaces. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, handling operational tasks such as product listings and inventory management, as well as managing advertising campaigns to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for e- commerce growth. Key Responsibilities: - E-commerce Operations: o Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon India & Global[US, SA, UAE], Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.). o Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and delivery in collaboration with logistics and warehouse teams. o Optimize product visibility through effective SEO tactics, descriptions, and keyword usage. o Regularly update product catalog with new launches, promotions, and discounts. - Advertising & Marketing: o Plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (Amazon India & Global[US, SA, UAE],, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. o Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and execute promotions and campaigns. o Analyze ad performance, optimize budgets, and suggest improvements to boost ROI. - Coordination & Communication: o Liaise with supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. o Coordinate with external POC of respective Marketplaces for advertising, digital marketing, and product promotions. o Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure product pages, banners, and ads are accurate and visually appealing. o Provide regular updates and reports on e-commerce KPIs and campaign performance. Requirements Requirements: - Bachelordegree. - Minimum Of 2-3 yearsexperience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.). - Knowledge of marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. - Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce tools. - Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
