We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, optimizing product listings, driving sales performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth online operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Listing Creation and Management: Create, upload, and maintain product listings on multiple online marketplaces. Ensure all product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate and compelling. Update listings to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, and product features. 2. SEO and Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend search terms to improve visibility and search rankings. Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and sales. 3. Inventory and Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment. 4. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze listing performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer reviews. Generate regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize listings and drive sales growth. 5. Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation. Adjust pricing strategies and product positioning based on competitive insights. 6. Customer Service and Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally. Address any issues or concerns related to product listings and orders. 7. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines. Stay updated on changes in marketplace rules and adjust listings accordingly. 8. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, and inventory teams to ensure cohesive e-commerce strategies. Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace listing management. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, etc). Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
