We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to manage order allocation, tracking, returns processing, and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend operations, supply chain coordination, and order management systems, ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order management & allocation
• Place purchase orders via supplier portals
• Monitor and update pending orders to minimize delays and escalate issues when necessary.
• Tracking & communication
• Update order tracking information to ensure customers receive real-time shipment updates.
• Coordinate with warehouses for order fulfillment and stock management.
• Returns & refunds processing

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of experience in backend operations, order management, or supply chain coordination (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in working with supplier portals and order management systems.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of return processing and financial reconciliation is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/order management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹278,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
