Job Description

We are seeking Content & Merchandise Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing digital content as well as merchandise. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is essential.

As a key member of our creative team, you will collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to design visually compelling assets for both online content and physical merchandise. Your work will ensure consistency with our brand identity while engaging our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop for various marketing materials including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, email newsletters, print collateral, and website banners.
• Conceptualize and create designs for branded merchandise (apparel, accessories, packaging, and promotional items).
• Design engaging social media content such as static creatives, animated graphics, and short videos to strengthen brand awareness and drive traffic to our online store.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and effective designs across both digital and physical platforms.
• Ensure all content and merchandise designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels, campaigns, and product lines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and competitor strategies in both digital marketing and merchandising to continuously elevate our visual assets.
• Prepare and optimize artwork files for production, coordinating with vendors to ensure quality and accuracy in final merchandise output.
• Provide support for other design-related tasks such as photo editing, retouching, resizing, and adapting designs for multiple formats and uses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and merchandise design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and physical design work.
• Experience in the automotive industry or e-commerce will be a strong plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Understanding of print production processes, fabric design, and merchandise customization techniques.
• Strong grasp of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
