Role Overview: As an eBay Ecommerce Specialist at our Sohrab Hall office, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our eBay store. Your main focus will be on optimizing product listings, implementing advertising strategies, monitoring sales performance, handling customer inquiries, and staying updated on eBay policies and trends. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of our eBay store to ensure smooth functionality and high performance. - Optimize product listings by creating SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and using high-quality images. - Implement effective advertising strategies to increase visibility and drive sales. - Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven improvements. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain excellent ratings. - Stay updated on eBay policies, trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in managing an eBay store with a successful sales record. - Strong knowledge of eBay SEO, PPC campaigns, and listing optimization. - Ability to analyze sales data and implement growth strategies. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience with e-commerce tools, analytics, and inventory management. Note: This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday in the UK shift pattern. The role is office-based at Sohrab Hall with a day shift schedule.
