E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.). You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online stores, from product listings and inventory tracking to coordinating with logistics and analyzing sales data to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing & Content Management: Create, update, and optimize high-quality product listings with accurate descriptions, SEO-friendly keywords, and high-resolution images.
• Platform Operations: Manage daily operations on various e-commerce portals (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and ensure account health is maintained.
• Inventory & Pricing: Monitor stock levels daily and coordinate with the warehouse team. Implement pricing strategies and promotional discounts.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Handle returns and claims efficiently.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales reports and website traffic (Google Analytics) to identify trends and suggest improvements for conversion rates.
• Customer Support: Address customer queries, reviews, and feedback on all platforms to maintain a high brand rating.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
• Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) and CMS like Shopify or Magento.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reporting. Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for listing copy and customer interaction.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Mandatory Requirement

• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): Candidates must carry their own laptop for daily work. The laptop should be capable of running multi-tab browsers, basic photo editing software, and advanced Excel functions without lag.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
