Job Description

Are you an e-commerce whiz with a passion for success and a growth mindset? Luxury Kase, an iPhone case store, is looking for a dedicated and skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team!

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving our product strategy and online sales across various platforms. If you have a proven track record in identifying winning products, managing effective ad campaigns, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Research & Selection: Proactively identify and research high-demand, profitable iPhone case products that align with the Luxury Kase brand.
  • Product Listing & Optimization: Create compelling product listings on our chosen online portals, including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, optimizing for search visibility and conversion.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and sales.
  • ROAS Maintenance: Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics Oversight: Oversee the dropshipping process and coordinate logistics, ensuring timely order processing and maintaining a high delivery percentage across all platforms.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address customer inquiries, manage expectations, and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports on sales, ROAS, and customer feedback.
  • Growth Mindset: Stay updated with industry trends, experiment with new strategies, and actively contribute to the overall growth of Luxury Kase.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of the dropshipping model.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho is essential.
  • Demonstrable success in identifying winning products and generating online sales.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of online sales funnels and the customer journey.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine desire to learn, adapt, and grow with our business.
