Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our online product listings, handle daily ecommerce operations, and contribute to overall sales growth on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and our own website. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of online marketplaces, product merchandising, inventory management, and digital customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing: Create and manage product listings across various ecommerce platforms including product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
  • Order Processing: Monitor and process orders, returns, and cancellations timely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels and avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing online sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand-specific marketing activities.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on ecommerce platforms and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Platform Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online sales.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, product cataloging tools, and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Understanding of SEO for product listings.
  • Knowledge of online advertising and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
