Your primary tasks will involve managing and optimizing the company's online store to ensure a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for overseeing product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, with a focus on accuracy and attractiveness to potential customers. Driving online sales through various channels such as the company website and marketplaces will be a key part of your role. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is imperative, and you will be required to manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly. Additionally, analyzing sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior will be essential to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing performance. Collaboration with the marketing team will be necessary to develop and execute online campaigns and promotions effectively.
