Position : e-commerce executive for Home Décor / Gifting Items

Location : Gurugram, Delhi NCR

Objectives of this role

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies.
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.

Your tasks

• List products on various e-commerce platforms, manage orders delivery.
• Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings.

Required skills and qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
• Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and/or WooCommerce.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
