E-Commerce Executive

As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's online sales and presence to ensure smooth operations and drive growth. You will manage various aspects of the online retail experience, including website functionality, product listings, order processing, customer service, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Website Management: Ensure the online storefront is user-friendly, visually appealing, and performs efficiently. - Product Listing and Inventory: Maintain accurate and attractive product listings, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. - Order Processing and Customer Service: Handle online orders, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns, to drive traffic and sales. - Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and use insights to improve e-commerce performance. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
