E-commerce Executive (Flipkart & Meesho)

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end operations of Flipkart & Meesho seller accounts — listings, catalog, pricing, inventory, and order flow.

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings with correct titles, attributes, images, keywords, and category mapping.

• Monitor key platform metrics (CTR, CR%, cancellations, returns) and improve overall performance.

• Manage daily order processing, dispatch planning, courier issues, return issues, and customer escalations.

• Run & optimize ads campaigns on Flipkart Ads Manager & Meesho Ads (Promoted Listings).

• Analyze sales trends, pricing trends, and competitor activities, and recommend growth actions.

• Plan and execute seasonal offer strategies (BBD, EOSS, Budget Bazaar, Super Saver Sale).

• Track & reduce returns, replacements, QC fails, fake returns, and wrong item claims.

• Prepare DAILY MIS reports: sales, ads performance, return rate, dispatch rate, OOS rate.

• Coordinate with the design team for catalogue images and with the operations team for smooth order dispatch.

• Ensure compliance with platform policies to avoid penalties, visibility drops, and suspensions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–4 years experience managing Flipkart and/or Meesho seller accounts.

• Strong knowledge of: – Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel – Listing creation, Ads Manager, Returns Dashboard – Keyword research & catalogue optimisation

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic formulas).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience in the fashion category preferred (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
