E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and Shopify websites while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Amazon Seller Central operations, including product listings, order management, and account health monitoring in Canada and USA.
• Support in creating, updating, and optimizing Shopify websites, including product uploads, content updates, and minor troubleshooting.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating with logistics partners for order fulfillment.
• Help set up and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and analyze performance metrics.
• Assist in generating performance and sales reports for both Amazon and Shopify platforms.
• Provide support in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon tools.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Office Location: Calcutta Mansion, 4 Bishop Lefroy road, Kolkata-700020, Near Rabindra Sadan Metro Station.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
