E-Commerce Executive

Job Description: Amazon & eBay Listing Executive / Order Processing Specialist

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon and eBay product listing and order processing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed with marketplace tools, and capable of managing daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay (titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, keywords).
• Ensure accurate categorization, variations, and compliance with marketplace policies.
• Process orders on a daily basis and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock across platforms to avoid overselling.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues in a professional manner.
• Track and analyze sales performance, suggest improvements, and support promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest marketplace rules and SEO trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
• Strong knowledge of order processing and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (bulk uploads, reports).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of image editing (Photoshop/Canva).
• Experience handling international marketplaces (Amazon US, UK, etc.).
