Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our online business operations across marketplaces and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce performance, coordinating with agencies, and utilizing digital marketing tools to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, measure, and analyze E-commerce sales performance and inventory/stock levels across platforms.
Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with external agencies, marketplace partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product listings.
Assist in managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon India, Amazon USA, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Support digital marketing initiatives including paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media promotions.
Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and enhance visibility across digital channels.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of E-commerce operations (especially Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
Basic understanding of SEO and online advertising metrics.
