marketplace business SEO-optimized listings, ranking improvements, and customer review management.
Create & manage
Single & Bulk Cataloging
on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other platforms.
Plan & execute
promotions, deals, and ad campaigns
(Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Work on
new marketplace onboarding and vendor panels
(Nykaa, Amaven, Oribaba, etc.).
Oversee
Shopify D2C website
listings, catalog management, promotions, abandoned cart recovery, and plugin integrations (cross-sell, upsell, bundles, etc.).
Maintain & analyze
sales dashboards
to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with
supply chain & operations
for smooth order fulfillment.
Train, mentor & lead the
e-commerce & marketing team
for performance-driven growth.

Key Skills & Experience

7 -11 years
of relevant experience in E-commerce Management (Beauty & Personal Care industry preferred).
Excellent
English communication skills
(written & verbal).
Strong expertise in
Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central (India & USA)
.
Hands-on with
Shopify store management, plugins, and D2C growth strategies
.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising
.
Proven ability in
cataloging, SEO optimization, and ratings/reviews management
.
Strong
coordination, analytical & leadership
skills.
