Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Marketplace Management:

  • Manage daily operations and performance on Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, BigBasket, and other marketplaces.
  • Own listing hygiene, catalog accuracy, A+ content, and keyword-rich product descriptions.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers, monitor pricing, stock availability, and run promotions.
  • Track and analyze platform-specific dashboards (e.g., Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) to optimize listings and performance.
  • Plan and execute campaign strategies like Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, and Coupons.

2. Digital Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute digital campaigns across

    search, social, display, and affiliate

    networks.
  • Align campaigns with product launches, e-commerce promotions, and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure on-brand messaging and visual identity.

3. SEO & SEM:

  • Optimize both website and product listings for organic visibility.
  • Drive keyword research, metadata improvements, and on-page SEO across owned web properties and e-com listings.
  • Manage Google Ads and marketplace search ads for performance-driven conversion.

4. Social Media & Content Marketing:

  • Build and manage engaging social media calendars tailored for consumer engagement.
  • Plan platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Create short-form and shoppable content to drive cross-channel traffic to e-com platforms.

5. Email & CRM Marketing:

  • Manage e-mailer campaigns targeting consumer segments based on buying behaviour, cart activity, and lifecycle stage.
  • Use automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) to drive retention, upselling, and reactivation.

6. Consumer Insights & Analytics:

  • Monitor performance across marketplaces and digital platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Brand Analytics (Amazon), and Ads dashboards.
  • Present regular reports on traffic, conversion rates, ACOS/ROAS, and platform-wise performance.
  • Use data to inform decision-making, identify optimization opportunities, and guide strategic planning.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in

    digital marketing with hands-on marketplace management

  • Prior experience managing

    Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto

    , or similar e-commerce accounts is

    essential

  • Proven ability to plan and execute digital campaigns and drive ROI across digital and marketplace platforms

Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Ads, Zepto dashboards, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent content sensibility and consumer understanding
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
