Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
Assist in the day-to-day maintenance, content input and troubleshooting of digital platforms including website and marketing automation systems
Monthly/regular reporting on client funded marketing, email marketing and in-house digital media campaigns
As needed, support invoicing and recovery of funds from suppliers

Act as a guardian of the Colliers brand

Preferred candidate profile

Ideally you will have 2-6 years experience managing and executing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms.

In addition to that you will bring:

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
An understanding of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Experience in managing campaign budgets and monitoring spend for campaigns.
High literacy with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Exceptional organization skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance.
Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
