Role Overview

Senior Manager Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Transformation

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and strengthen online brand positioning.
  • Coordinate efforts across website, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media, and email marketing.

Website & E-commerce

  • Oversee website design, content, UX/UI, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure a premium online experience.
  • Evaluate and implement B2B e-commerce or product showcase solutions suited to the industry.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Lead the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Plan engaging campaigns around product launches, designer collaborations, and events.
  • Manage influencer, video, and content partnerships to drive brand engagement.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Track KPIs and ensure ROI-driven performance.
  • Manage and evaluate digital agencies/vendors.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report website traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Present actionable insights for ongoing optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B or premium/luxury brand environments.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to manage agencies and lead cross-functional digital initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability; self-driven and proactive.
