Position: Senior E-Commerce Accounting Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior E-Commerce Accounting Executive to handle day-to-day financial reconciliation for our online business operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in reconciling Amazon and Flipkart sales reports with payments received against orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform daily reconciliation of Amazon & Flipkart and other E-com Platforms sales reports with settlement/payment reports.

· Verify order-wise payments, deductions, returns, and chargebacks to ensure all transactions are correctly accounted for.

· Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers for marketplace transactions.

· Track and report pending settlements, short payments, disputes, and claims with marketplaces.

· Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace representatives for resolving payment mismatches.

· Prepare periodic MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) highlighting revenue, deductions, commissions, and net realizations.

· Assist in GST reconciliation and compliance for e-commerce sales.

· Support the finance team in audit requirements and month-end closing activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Proven experience in Amazon & Flipkart and other E-Com Platforms reconciliation (mandatory).

· Strong knowledge of e-commerce payment settlement processes.

· Good understanding of GST, TDS, marketplace commission structures, and chargebacks.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and accounting software (Tally/ERP).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

· 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliation.

· Prior experience handling Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts is essential.

· Knowledge of other marketplaces (Snapdeal, Meesho, Blinkit, etc.) will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
