Job Title: E-commerce Account Manager / Intern (Amazon & Shopify Focus)

About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **E-commerce Account Manager / Intern** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of **Amazon and Shopify** platforms, with a passion for online retail, product optimization, and e-commerce logistics.

This role is perfect for someone who understands product listing, e-commerce SEO, and backend operations like inventory and logistics using tools like **Shiprocket** and **Shopify**.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores (Amazon, Shopify)* Upload and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and meta-data (SEO best practices)* Monitor and update inventory across platforms ensuring 100% stock accuracy* Handle order processing, tracking, returns and basic customer service coordination* Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket) for timely dispatch and deliveries* Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports* Support in launching new SKUs and seasonal campaigns* Identify opportunities for process improvements in the e-commerce workflow

**Required Skills:*** Knowledge of **Amazon Seller Central** and **Shopify** backend* Understanding of **e-commerce SEO** and keyword optimization for product listings* Familiarity with **inventory management** and order lifecycle* Basic understanding of **logistics operations** and coordination tools like **Shiprocket*** Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset* Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment

**Tools & Platforms:*** Shopify (Mandatory)* Amazon Seller Central* Shiprocket (Mandatory)* Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and reporting **Preferred Certifications:*** Certified E-commerce Account Manager* Amazon or Flipkart Marketplace Certification
