Dynatrace Tool Admin

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting application performance using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Manage Engine. Additionally, you will assist in the migration from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS, including setting up new environments and consolidating existing ones. Your role will involve configuration, data migration, and management of Dynatrace environments. Furthermore, you will contribute to the documentation process by creating user and administrator guides. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments - Monitor Dynatrace environments and troubleshoot any arising issues - Assist in migrating from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS - Write client-oriented Dynatrace user and administrator guides - Provide health and performance data reports, create custom dashboards, and alerts - Collaborate with monitoring team, production support, and application teams to configure application-level monitoring - Configure New Relic Application performance monitoring and set up alerts and dashboards Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in application Performance Monitoring Tools - Expertise in enterprise Monitoring like APM, Synthetic monitoring, Browser Monitoring, Log monitoring, Real user Monitoring, java, and .net based applications - Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynatrace platform - Strong understanding of application performance management (APM) concepts and methodologies - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed systems - Familiarity with cloud-based environments and monitoring best practices in these environments - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and evolving Dynatrace platform,
