As an experienced professional with 5 - 8 years of expertise in application Performance Monitoring Tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Manage Engine, you will play a crucial role in aiding the team with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both new and existing Dynatrace environments. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the Dynatrace environments, troubleshooting any arising issues, and assisting in the migration from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS. In collaboration with our client, you will be instrumental in setting up 2 new Dynatrace SaaS environments, consolidating/migrating numerous Dynatrace Managed environments, and configuring the Dynatrace environments. Additionally, you will manage the data migration process and ensure the effective operation of the new environments. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in enterprise Monitoring encompassing APM, Synthetic monitoring, Browser Monitoring, Log monitoring, Real user Monitoring, and java and .net based applications, you will be responsible for providing Health and performance data reports, developing custom dashboards, and setting up custom alerts. You will collaborate closely with the Monitoring Team, production support, and application teams to gather requirements and configure application level monitoring effectively. Furthermore, your familiarity with New Relic Application performance monitoring will be leveraged to configure the tool for monitoring purposes, including setting up alerts and dashboards. Your strong proficiency in Dynatrace monitoring tools and solutions, along with your ability to configure and customize the platform to address specific monitoring needs, will be essential. Your solid understanding of application performance management (APM) concepts and methodologies, coupled with your experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed systems comprising applications, databases, and networks, will be crucial to the success of our projects. While not mandatory, it would be advantageous to possess experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed systems, knowledge of cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
