Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the Infosys consulting team. Your main responsibility will involve addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and overseeing deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will take ownership of parts of the proposal document and contribute to the solution design process based on your expertise. - Address customer issues and diagnose problem areas - Design innovative solutions for client satisfaction - Oversee deployment process - Contribute to solution design based on expertise - Take ownership of parts of the proposal document Your tasks will include: - Planning configuration activities - Implementing product configurations according to the design - Conducting conference room pilots - Resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design - Conducting solution/product demonstrations - Leading POC/Proof of Technology workshops - Providing effort estimates aligning with customer budget constraints - Leading small projects and participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives - Delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers Key requirements for this position include: - Ability to develop innovative strategies and models driving client innovation, growth, and business profitability - Knowledge of software configuration management systems - Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration capabilities - Understanding of financial processes for different project types and pricing models - Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions - Familiarity with one or two industry domains - Client interfacing skills, project management experience, and team management skills If you are passionate about assisting clients in their digital transformation journey, this opportunity is tailored for you.,
