Job Description

Summary
Experienced technical lead to design and deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, drive integrations and data migrations, develop custom components, and provide hands-on technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

Lead architecture, design and development for Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementations
Plan and execute system integrations and data migration strategies
Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, portals and web integrations
Build and maintain reports and ETL processes (SSRS, SSIS) and RESTful APIs
Provide technical leadership, code reviews and mentoring for development teams
Support platform monitoring, tuning, security and compliance

Required skills

8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development and delivery
Hands-on experience with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder
Strong development skills in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core and Dynamics plugins
Experience with integrations, data migration techniques and REST APIs
Familiarity with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
Knowledge of Power Platform security basics and platform optimization

Nice-to-have

Experience with Dynamics Portals, Outlook integration and Power BI
Certifications in Dynamics 365 / Azure
