Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant / Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics CRM SDK, .NET, C#, and integration technologies such as KingswaySoft and Azure Logic Apps. In this role, you will be involved in technical design, development, and support for D365 CRM solutions and integrations. Additionally, you will participate in presales, estimation, and client-facing activities. Responsibilities include participating in the full project lifecycle, from problem definition to solution architecture, effort estimation, development, testing, deployment, and support. You will develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions, design complex integration scenarios, configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules, and implement data migration strategies. Collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders is essential to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. As a technical lead or design authority, you will work on complex implementations and enterprise integrations. You will develop reusable components, templates, and best practices, as well as provide technical input for pre-sales and estimation efforts. Client interaction involves engaging in requirement gathering workshops, acting as a technical point of contact, and supporting user training and post-deployment activities. Working in an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate with global project teams, ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards, and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Key skills required include proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011-2016 and D365 CE, strong development experience in various tools and languages, hands-on knowledge of CRM SDK, SSRS, custom integrations, and Azure Logic Apps, as well as experience in agile project environments with distributed teams. Additional requirements for the role include willingness to travel domestically and internationally, flexibility to work in different time zones, mandatory office work, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, and any relevant Azure certifications (preferred but not mandatory).,
