Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR
Department: Human Resources
Location: Nagpur – Head Office (Maharashtra)
Reporting To: HR Head / Senior Management

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for Toll Plaza Operations and other project requirements.
• Handling Payroll Management for employees across project sites.
• Ensuring Statutory Compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) and timely filing/registrations on respective portals.
• Coordination & Communication with employees at multiple project locations to resolve HR-related queries.
• Liaising with clients to understand and fulfill HR requirements at project sites.
• Managing Contract Labour Licensing and related statutory documentation.
• Overseeing site-level arrangements such as accommodation, fooding, vehicles, and vendor development.
• Monitoring and managing Biometric Attendance Systems across sites.
• Supporting HR operations for Toll Plaza projects, ensuring manpower availability and smooth functioning.
• Traveling to different project sites as and when required.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Post Graduate / HR Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 5 – 10 years in HR operations.
• Prior experience in Toll Plaza Operations HR will be given preference.
• Candidates with HR operations experience in infrastructure / project-based industries may also apply.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
