About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead our spice sales (specifically Garam Masala and blended spices) across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with in-depth knowledge of retail and distributor channels in both rural and urban markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Manage and expand the distributor and retail network across both states.
• Drive general trade penetration in key cities like Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, and Tier 2/3 towns.
• Lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Field Executives.
• Plan and execute consumer promotions, in-store branding, and marketing activations.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide actionable insights.
• Ensure timely collections, credit hygiene, and channel profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in FMCG/Spices/Food sales, with 2–3 years in a regional or multi-territory role.
• Strong understanding of the Maharashtra and MP markets.
• Proven leadership, distribution management, and retail execution skills.
• Must be fluent in Hindi; Marathi is a strong plus.
