Container Movement Monitoring

Ensure timely movement of import containers within the free period and coordinate closely with transporters for efficient delivery to and from CFS.

Warehouse Coordination

Support optimal space utilization in the import warehouse through timely documentation and coordination with the operations team.

Compliance and Permissions

Manage permissions and liaise with customs officials to ensure adherence to legal requirements and smooth operations at the CFS.

Customer Communication

Respond promptly to customer queries related to import documentation, ensuring clarity, compliance, and satisfaction.

Reporting and Data Management

Maintain accurate records of all documentation and support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to import operations.

Process Improvements

Suggest and implement improvements in documentation processes for better efficiency and reduced turnaround time.

Customer Feedback & Relationship Management

Collect customer feedback regarding documentation services and work towards continuous service enhancement.

Training & Team Support

Guide and support documentation team members in understanding and executing their responsibilities accurately.

Forecasting & Projections

Work with customers and internal teams to gather volume forecasts and plan documentation activities accordingly.

Market Awareness & Updates

Stay informed about regulatory changes, port/liner requirements, and update internal teams accordingly.
