Looking for Supply Chain & Logistics field experienced Team Lead candidate who has knowledge on all Logistics activities right from Booking a container till end delivery to warehouse or customer place. Candidate should have knowledge about International Logistics. They will be handling a team of 20 - 25 supply chain executives and tracking over 2000 containers. The job responsibilities & Requirements are given below and interested people can apply for this position. Minimum Experience Required: 6+ Years on Logistics Responsibilities & Requirements: Need to have good Problem-solving & Decision-making skills Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Excellent Communication/Presentation and leadership skills Setting clear team goals and achieving targets Delegate tasks and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operations Monitor team performance and report on metrics Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Motivate team members and Discover training needs & provide coaching Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Suggest and organize team building activities Work Experience Needed: International Bookings (Booking a container) Vessel space securing with carrier’s Container Planning Draft BOL Approvals ETD/ETA Tracking’s Monitoring the sailing details of a container Container Tracking’s Incoterms & Handling shipments based on Incoterms Knowledge on POE and FOB shipments. Managing Multiple Portals and Making Bookings Over APL/Damco/Maersk/ DHL/Nexus Etc., Knowledge of US Customs Filing. Experience with Shipping Line & its Contracts. Experience with Forwarders and their activities.
