Dy. Manager Design (HVAC): GCC Data Centers

CLIENT:Our client is a multinational orgn in HVAC solutions especially for large data centres and server room applications including Colocation and Hyperscale application

ROLE PURPOSE:

Lead the design, testing, and validation of advanced cooling systems for hyperscale data centersincluding optimizing air-conditioning, refrigeration cycles, heat exchangers, and electrical components while ensuring innovation, cost-efficiency, and alignment with customer and product development requirements.

KEY DRIVERS :

• Map requirements of clients, stakeholders, partners, sub-contractors,

vendors to provide most comprehensive & innovative HVAC solutions in line with industry best standards & objectives specified by client.

• Evaluate data center site conditions,check feasibility as per HVAC standards and Codes.

• Use o3D software and 2D drawings in the design of hyperscale data centre cooling equipment, and propose design improvements and recommendations for engineering sub-systems and components.

• Utilize software like Coil Designer, fan selection tools, and PHE selections for optimal system performance.

• Preparation, approval and release of Technical Data Sheet, GA Drawing, 3D Model,

Piping/Wiring layout from Ergonomics & service accessibility aspects.

• Release of Prototype costing, BOM,P&I diagram & IOM.

INCUMBENT PROFILE:

• BE Mechanical with 8+ years detailed knowledge of entire HVAC System especially for DC applications.

• Conversant with design & estimation of HVAC system and independently design these systems for DC/Colocation/Hyperscale applications.

• Aware of international standards

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15-18LPA
