Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Hyderabad. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing the staff. Responsibilities also include handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring safety and security, and maintaining hotel standards. The Duty Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional service.

• Experience in hospitality management or a related field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
