Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Nagpur. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer service. They will also be responsible for maintaining hotel standards, coordinating events, and resolving any issues that may arise. Qualifications Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience in the hospitality industry Ability to work well under pressure Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles Flexibility in work hours Previous experience in a managerial role Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
