Role: Duty Manager / Duty Officer

Location: Chennai, Virugambakkam

Type: Full-time | Work From Office

Salary range - 30k to 35k

Experience: 3 to 4 years Experience im Team Leader Position

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Chennai Virugambakkam. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth running of cinema functions, and manage staff. Tasks include handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining operational standards. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for financial transactions, inventory management, and team performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Strong Experience in Hotel or related field is Mandatory.

* Min 3years experience as Team Leader position is must

* Customer service and conflict resolution skills

Operational management and inventory control experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

* Relevant experience in the entertainment, hospitality or hotel industry is a plus

* Experience in Cash handling, Wastage management and P&L

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.
