This involves managing the front desk, upholding high levels of customer service, responding to guest queries and issues, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines. Additionally, you will be in charge of leading, training, and inspiring the staff to uphold outstanding service standards. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership qualities and adept team management skills. Previous experience in hospitality management and customer service is essential. Your ability to resolve problems efficiently, navigate conflicts, utilize hotel management software effectively, and communicate proficiently will be crucial. An independent worker who also thrives in a team environment, you should be open to working flexible hours, which may include weekends and holidays. While a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, your practical experience and skills will be equally valued.
