Job Description

He should have sound knowledge of Finishing activities such as Gypsum plaster, Tiles, marble floorings, Internal and external texture paint system-
He should be familiar with Inspection and intervention of Residential building Finishing activities-
Prepare of inspection and testing plans of finishing activities-
Good knowledge of faced, ACP, Aluminium Windows and doors systems-
He should have good knowledge of Doors and frames inspection and testing activities-
He should have comprehensive knowledge of all the finishing materials inspection and testing activities-
He should familiar with fire rated wooden and steel doors specification and local regulations requirements-
He should familiar with snagging and disengaging activities of units-
He should prepare the work method statements for finishing activities-
All the finishing materials testing knowledge-
Problem solving skills of finishing activities-
Handing over of units/Residential Flats to HPM team-
Familiar with multi-level car parking finishing activities-
He should coordinate with Architect for mock up approvals of all the finishing activities-
He should be familiar with QA Site Architectural activities-
