Duty Manager

As a Conversationalist with a Sales focus in the Wellness, Service, Hospitality, or Retail Industry, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations while maintaining a problem solver attitude. We are looking for a Graduate or Diploma holder with decent computer knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Retail, Service, or Hospitality industries. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in different shifts and adhere to grooming standards as per policy. Fluency in English/Hindi and a Regional Language is required. Remuneration and incentives are based on target achievements, ranging from Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000 per month. Additional benefits include health insurance, provident fund, and 6 days of SL/PL leaves per year. Work meals are applicable at select locations.
